On October 21,2021 12 year old Makenna Stratton was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). In the past month Makenna has completed her first round of Chemo and has been treated for Neutropenic Enterocolitis .
During this time Makenna's Mother Monique Stratton has taken a leave of absence from work so she can be there for Makenna and make sure she has what she needs to fight this disease.
We are hoping to raise funds to help out with:
- costs of going to the hospital everyday
- costs of prescriptions not covered by medical plans
- a tutor to work with Makenna while she is away from school
