Hi, my name is Michael Ryan, and I’m raising funds to launch The Michael Ryan Foundation for Health & Housing Justice — a movement born out of survival.

A year ago, I was unknowingly living in a toxic condo filled with black mold and contaminated water. Over time, it destroyed my health — I was constantly sick, fatigued, and losing myself day by day while no one listened or took responsibility. Doctors couldn’t figure it out. The system failed me. But I refused to give up.

I finally escaped that home, and slowly, my body started to heal. That moment changed everything. I realized there are thousands of others suffering in silence — people getting sick in unsafe housing, blamed or ignored when all they want is a safe place to live.

That’s why I created this foundation: to turn pain into purpose.

To help others get environmental testing, relocation support, and the justice they deserve. To make sure no one ever feels powerless in their own home again.

These funds will help launch the foundation — covering testing kits, legal advocacy, emergency relocation assistance, and outreach to families living in dangerous conditions. Every dollar makes a real impact.
