On December 4th Luis, and his family experienced a devastating tragedy that has left them with nothing but the clothes on their backs. A fierce fire engulfed their home, destroying not only their belongings but also the sense of security and comfort they once knew.

Luis is a dedicated and hardworking member of our team, always bringing positivity and dedication to his work. If you have ever been to either restaurant you will have been sure to be greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome from Luis. He is not just a colleague but a part of our family, and now he and his family are facing the daunting task of rebuilding their lives from scratch.

The Merino family consists of Luis, his mother, and five siblings. The fire has left them without a roof over their heads, without the everyday essentials we often take for granted. As they navigate this unimaginable loss, they need our support to begin the process of rebuilding.
