The Men's Ice Hockey Club at Georgia Southern

Hello everyone, we are excited to announce that we are starting a men's ice hockey team at Georgia Southern. Since we are not an NCAA sport the college does not give us much in terms of funding, so this is our attempt to gain some funds to help jumpstart our program. We are currently in the process of getting conference approval and will start play in the fall of 2024. We hope to help grow the sport of hockey in the south and give students, current and incoming, a chance to play hockey at the colligate level. This is something new for students at Georgia Southern and getting the funds needed can provide a positive experience to both our players as well as fans, students, and alumni who will attend out games. We are trying to create something special for everyone and provide a level of hockey that has been yet to be seen in south Georgia.
