The Troy High School Class of 1989 is once again requesting donations for the Melissa Collier Scholarship. We are in the 14th year of providing scholarships for Troy High School Seniors! Melissa Collier was a student athlete at Troy High School until her graduation in 1989. She was very close with the students and teachers there. After Troy, she went on to get a full scholarship from Blue Mountain College in Mississippi for volleyball and earned her Bachelor's degree. Melissa knew the importance of an education, so she continued her learning and earned her Master's degree from Baylor University. From there, she began her career as a teacher and coach. She had two wonderful daughters that she loved more than anything. Both of them have now graduated college themselves, and have begun their careers. Carly, the oldest, is expecting her first child very soon! Callen has an exciting new job in advertising in Nashville!
