Starting February 19th of this year, I was diagnosed with a life-changing neurological disorder (Multiple Sclerosis). It has changed our lives completely. My husband has lost his job due to my illness. We have tried unemployment, but there was an error which we are still trying to fix, and it's been 8 months since we had any type of income. We have food stamps, which have been so helpful with eating, but that doesn't cover other life necessities and bills.

We are currently trying to get Darion on as my paid caregiver, but that is a lengthy process. We have been waiting 2 months just for an answer. We are doing everything we can on our side to stay afloat and to stay positive, but after almost a year with no money and constant hospital visits racking up bill after bill, and trying to juggle taking care of kids and my own medical problems, we have been left with no choice but to reach out to everyone we know for 'any' support that we can get right now until we can get Darion on as my caregiver, which will be the thing we need most. But as of right now, we feel we are backed into a corner with no options other than to wait.

We have been waiting on so many things, and that is killing us on its own, so we are taking it into our own hands now and expanding to the internet, hoping by making this our prayers get heard and answered.
