The Meaning of Imani, Brother Kwanzaa

If you know brother Biko Kwanzaa, two things you know for sure is that he is going to be boots on the ground at any community event and that he is going to drop some words of wisdom/encouragement.

Two weeks ago on June 12th, brother Kwanzaa went to go in for a follow up appointment to have his foot inspected for signs of possible infection and was sent over to Nebraska Medicine to have an emergency amputation!

I have known brother Kwanzaa since June of 2022 and I have met very few individuals as dedicated to the advancement of the community as him or who embody the term servant leader as much as him!

Brother Kwanzaa has selflessly served many nonprofits and has volunteered his time to causes when other people simply would not, many times without receiving any compensation for it!

It is time we do our part and help show him that his efforts are appreciated and he is valued! When I tell you that his spirit is so strong! I can only give credit to the Creator because I know this brother is a chosen vessel! His spirit is high, but I think we owe it to him to help alleviate a little bit of the financial burden off him. I know we are all in tough times but if you can chose one cause to support today chose this one. Let’s pour back into a brother who has poured in to many of us!
