The Meadows of Dorchester LTC facility

Pal and I are trying to raise money for my mom and all the residents of her long-term care facility. This money will help all the residents that suffer from dementia in the long-term care facility enjoy extracurricular activities such as live music, magicians, resident birthday parties, board games and more. I've learnt that keeping their minds engaged is the best medicine to combat this horrible disease.
