The McCue Family

Donation protected
On the 4th of July, Jim McCue, a dedicated father and husband, was involved in a tragic firework accident. The firework hit him directly in the right eye, which no longer has function. Luckily, he was wearing his everyday glasses or he could have been killed. Jim's eye has to be enucleated (removed), replaced with a prosthetic, and he is expected to undergo multiple surgeries.

Jim is an amazing guy who is loved by everyone he meets. He works diligently at Jefferson Group Architecture, Inc. He belongs to Evolutionary Sports Kickboxing Gym, where he is always willing to help anyone. The people he mentors there refer to him as "a big teddy bear" because it is clear that he always has the best interest of others at heart.

Jim, his wife Sheri, and their children are devastated by Jim's accident. Although they are grateful that Jim is alive, the uncertainty of the upcoming surgeries is overwhelming. Jim will not be able to work during the healing process and the medical costs are already piling up. We are hoping to take this financial burden off the shoulders of Jim and his family.

Please consider donating to the sweetest family we know. Any amount is certainly appreciated. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
