The McClure Family could use your help right now!

As many of you know, Collins, who is in first grade at Kahoa Elementary, started having headaches a few weeks ago. After several doctor visits and ER trips, they finally found a diagnosis: Chiari Malformation of the brain. Basically, part of his brain is blocking the cerebrospinal fluid from draining into his spinal column, which is leading to a buildup of fluid in his brain, which they think is the cause of the headaches.

On Wednesday, Sep. 17, Collins had surgery to remove part of his skull to allow fluid to pass freely. As serious as this surgery is, there is an extended recovery time and he is in quite a bit of pain. He can use lots of prayers for a full recovery.

Lexie and Shamus also have missed work and have medical bills that will start piling up. I would love to rally around these wonderful people and help them out financially. The last thing they need to worry about is bills. They are a great family, and we are honored to call them not only our neighbors but our friends!
