The Marsh Food Truck… wants to hit the road!

If you’re familiar with The Marsh Food Truck then you probably know our little family pretty well. After 10 years in the restaurant business, we switched gears & opened a food truck in November of 2024. We had a temporary 6 months lease with a permanently parked food truck that gave us time to assess our strengths & weaknesses. It also allowed us the time to see the perks & the downsides between a truck & a full service restaurant. While we miss slinging drinks behind the rail from time to time, we’re very happy with the direction we are headed in this next chapter.

We have decided not to renew our lease with the permanently parked truck, we feel we are not best serving our customers in this one location. We are constantly having to turn down events and parking requests due to our immobility. We have begun shopping around for the right “home away from home.” We are saving where they can, and looking at the best way to fund this purchase, so while it feels strange asking for help, we thought it couldn’t hurt! We will post an update when we find the truck / trailer for us! We can’t wait to get back cooking for the crowds.
