In the heart of the jungle in Manywa, Uganda, children face extraordinary challenges on a daily basis, compelling the Manywa Initiative for Children to seek urgent support. With 78% of the village affected by HIV/AIDS, the majority of these children are orphans, left vulnerable and in severe poverty. 

The Challenge:

Many children in Manywa lack access to basic necessities such as food, shelter, and medicine. The village struggles with the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS, leaving numerous children without parents and plunging them into a cycle of poverty. These circumstances deny them not only education but also essential life skills. 

The Unwavering Positivity: 

Despite the adversities, the children of Manywa radiate positivity, smiles, and love. Their resilience in the face of daily challenges is a testament to the human spirit's ability to endure. 

Founder's Dedication: 

Paul, the founder of Manywa Initiative for Children, has devoted his life to ensuring these children receive the resources and education needed to thrive. A former orphan himself, Paul understands the struggles firsthand. He wakes up at 5 am every day, using his Toyota station wagon to transport 40 children to school. 

The Call to Action: 

Manywa Initiative for Children is calling on compassionate individuals and organizations to join hands in supporting this noble cause. After the success of the last fundraising to buy a new van to pick up the children for school. The initiative aims now to purchase land next to and behind the school. The purchase of this land is the crucial next step in helping the school and initiative become more sustainable. The land will be used to plant a variety of food for the children and help feed them everyday.

Paul's tireless efforts in managing the school, coordinating with volunteers, families, and handling essentials like medicine and food showcase his commitment to Manywa's community. 100% of the funds donated will directly contribute to the well-being and education of these deserving children.
