The Manhattan Ballet School

Hello, My name is Jennifer Groenke, and I am the Managing Director of The Manhattan Ballet School. The School was established by my two teachers Elfriede Merman and Patricia Savoia in 1967. For over 50 years, our neighborhood school has provided professional training in a personal and cultivated environment. The school/student body was greatly affected by the pandemic and has been struggling to rebuild. We are committed to the legacy Mrs Merman and Mrs Savoia started and wish to keep the school alive to provide young dancers the opportunity to be trained and express their passion for ballet. As ballet is a performing art, funds raised will also be allocated to our end of school year performance, A Spring Dance Concert. Deepest gratitude for your consideration.
