I will be running the Bellahouston half marathon to help in Raising some Funds for my m8 who was taken from his family too early.

His wife and kids have been supported by The Manda Center who offers Support to those affected by Trauma, Loss and Personal Crisis concentrating on Practical and Emotional Support, Advocacy, Group Support and Counselling, Holistic Therapies and Psychotherapies.

The staff within the Manda Centre are committed to this project due to their personal experiences and past involvement providing support to those affected by Murder, Culpable Homicide and Suicide and Personal Crisis.

They are holding a charity event for David's 40th birthday and all proceeds will go along with whatever I raise to The Manda Center.
