My name is Joe I Passed P Company and served in 15 Para Scottish Volunteer Battalion in 1990. On Saturday 26th September I am running the PARAS’10 TAB Catterick 2026 at Catterick Garrison in North Yorkshire. https://paras10.com/events/catterick/

This is a Timed 10 mile march carrying 35 pounds in a Rucksack to be completed in 2 Hours, the Rucksack is weighed at the start and finish of the event.

I am raising funds for The Man Cave UK, a community dedicated to providing safe, non-judgemental spaces where men can talk openly, build connections, and support one another. Through weekly groups, community events and peer support, The Man Cave helps men realise they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

Every donation will help us continue creating opportunities for men to connect, speak openly, and access support when they need it most.

Red on Green On Go.
