Help Loving Family Man After DWI Driver Causes Brain Injury

Hi, my name is Sarah Ronich and I am raising funds for my husband, Jesse Ronich and our family. Last Thursday, April 4, 2024. Jesse was in a hit-and-run accident. The driver was intoxicated, and was later

arrested for a DWI. Thankfully Jesse was able to walk away from the accident but unfortunately for us, we later found out that he suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and is needing to see a specialist away from home. Jesse’s symptoms include: forgetting things, confusion, severe headaches, nausea, mood swings, and even loosing consciousness at times. He has been extremely exhausted doing minimal tasks. What scares us the most is him showing he is ok one minute and the next passing out. Jesse is our main provider and we do have insurance. Even with coverage, it takes time to see support and receive reimbursement from those companies. What we are simply asking for and in need of help with are medical bills, travel expenses, living expenses, and help with loss wages immediately. Unfortunately due to financial circumstances we are being forced to have Jesse try to work. Jesse struggles to put a full shift in and will need a day to rest after trying. The doctor has insisted he take a significant amount of time to heal but due to this drunk driver a father of 2 is at risk for permanent damage that will affect many not including himself. To us he is irreplaceable, also I’d like to add we do not wish the driver any ill will. We just hope he can get the help that he needs and that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
