Welcome to The Makeshift Tavern!

Over 4 years of online content creation and community building, we've had a lot of question about a real life location people could come visit.

Through sheer circumstance we now have the opportunity to make that a reality in the form of a board game cafe!

While we often try and tackle all our endeavours out of our own pockets, this project is a bit out of our budget, as we're starting from the ground up.

We're looking to put in some elbow grease and renovate the shop to feel like you're stepping into a real medieval tavern from another world of fantasy and whimsy!

Hopefully with the help of this community we can raise the money we need to make this the best looking tavern we can and get those doors open for everyone to come in and enjoy!

Timeframe before grand opening :

We're looking to be up and running with doors open in early July.

Meaning this campaign will have a time frame somewhere between 1 - 2 months to give us time to complete renovations.

With a deadline to be announced nearer the time of our grand opening!
