The Mairin and Kate Hughes College Fund

Kerriaine Marie (Sheehan) Hughes passed away on 06/25/22 at the young age of 52 years old. This college fund has been set up for her daughters:

Mairin Kennedy Hughes (18 years) and Kathryn Hogan Hughes (17 years).

Mairin will attend Michigan State University in the fall of 2022 and has been accepted to an elite business program on campus. Kate will continue her senior year at Troy Athens and graduate in 2023.

Both girls have worked very hard academically and athletically while maintaining multiple jobs. Many people have asked us what they can do to help the girls. We have created this funding page which will funnel directly to their higher education, offset book costs and other needs, and help them in their upcoming educational journey.
