The Maimone Family
Donation protected
At 18 weeks, Gracie’s water unexpectedly broke and she was put on hospitalized bedrest to allow for daily monitoring of herself and baby. It has been a challenging journey for Gracie and Mike as their life took a sharp turn and they had to entrust the care of their one year old daughter to family.
Just this past week (5/13/25 at 27 weeks old) Samuel Joseph Leo made his early arrival! He's a tiny but mighty fighter, currently in the incredible hands of the doctors and nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Green Bay.
The road ahead will be filled with many unknowns, daily visits to the hospital, and the emotional and financial strain of taking on this challenging time. Gracie and Mike are focusing all of their energy on Gracie’s recovery and supporting Samuel as they hope for him to grow stronger each day.
On their behalf, I am reaching out to ask for your support as they continue to navigate one day at a time. Your generous contributions will help them with covering medical expenses from Gracie’s extensive stay and ensuring Samuel receives the best possible care in the NICU.
$50,000 is what we know a minimum out-of-pocket cost could be for them. However, every donation, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in their ability to focus on Gracie's recovery and Samuel's development. They are so grateful for your love, support, and prayers during this difficult season.
I will try to keep you updated on Samuel’s journey as milestones are reached.
Many thanks,
Megan
