Veronica's Lyric House Needs You!

As most of you know with your help I began this project renovating the Lyric House, a spectacular, historic 1860 Greek Revival Lutheran Church building on the edge of Sharon Springs, NY, over a year and a half ago. My dream is for it to be a small bed and breakfast, and a social gathering place. Many things have been accomplished but there is so much that is required since this house has never been a residence in its history. My goal is to raise $20,000 which will allow me to install the necessary infrastructure to proceed with The Lyric House dream.
It has been a lengthy process digging a well, and finally getting the proper approvals to begin installing the septic system, permits for interior renovation, plumbing, and restoration, however now that spring is here and the ground has thawed, I am ready to begin ground breaking.
The former Church retains its original Greek Revival style fresco murals covering the walls and ceilings, it has a breathtaking aura when you arrive! It's the perfect place for visitors to experience something unique and beautiful in Upstate New York.
It gives me great pleasure to host visitors: serving delicious food in an elegant, comfortable and uniquely imagined salon atmosphere with music and art. I can't wait for my San Francisco family to come experience The Lyric House and Sharon Springs, NY area with it's spectacular beauty, wealth of artists, and history.
