Many of you have contacted us asking how you can provide support. We do not want money but many of you have said, you want to contribute to something. Over the last few days. Tim, Cecilia, Vincent, and Kathleen have been talking about finding ways to keep Lucy's memory alive through service to others. We explored existing charities and while there are many incredible options, we decided to establish The Lucy Marie Velner Foundation. The Foundation mission will be focused on increasing awareness of mental health in young adults and supporting parents. We will create a formal 501c3 shortly but did not have time prior to the obituary publishing.
