The Longfield Hospice at home care team made the final wishes of our lovely Mum and Grandma, Maggie Harris, come true. Meaning she was able to stay at home and be cared for with dignity, and so much kindness.

They’re a charity, so fundraising in her memory means we’re able to show our appreciation and contribute to other families being able to get support too.
