For years, I’ve carried a vision in my heart... a space where the community comes together to heal and inspire. A space where the community meets to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. As a poet, painter and sculptor, I’ve experienced firsthand how poetry, music, and intentional gatherings can heal, elevate, and awaken energy. Life can be hard. We all need a place to slow down, feel safe, and know that we matter. That’s what I want to create with The Lotus Chakra Café & The Inner Sanctum.

This isn’t just a café. It’s a home away from home for anyone who walks in. It’s a creative sanctuary, a community hub, a healing space. Where, vibrant, plant-forward meals will feed the body while poetry, music, and events feed the soul. It will be a place to slow down, connect, and feel truly seen. Poets, musicians, and local artists gather to share their gifts. Friends and neighbors find a quiet corner to reflect, create, and witness.

Funds raised will help secure a location that serves as both a vegan café and creative community space, purchase essential kitchen equipment like blenders, food processors, dehydrators, ovens, and prep tools, and cover necessary permits, licenses, and initial renovations to make the space welcoming, safe, and fully functional. I also want to create a space for poetry nights, open mics, and community gatherings where local artists and creatives can share their gifts.
