The Loblolly Pine Alliance Legal Fund

The mission of the Loblolly Pine Alliance is to empower community efforts to safeguard against reckless development and advocate for responsible growth.

Our first important project is our work to protect Bowie Nature Park and surrounding properties from development that creates the potential risk of severe stormwater run-off by fighting to overturn the approval of the master development plan and rezoning for the subdivision that borders the park. The park and homeowners already suffer ongoing problems from flooding and damage to their properties.

We need your help to help ensure the concerns of residents are addressed by the city and developers before construction begins and it is too late.

100% of the money raised for the alliance go towards funding legal fees and resources to help protect our communities and natural resources from damage caused by irresponsible development.
