Jake (aged 7) was born with Hypo - Plastic Left heart Syndrome which is incurable - Jake has undergone 3 major heart surgeries the first when he was just 2 days old. His condition is now palliative. Nobody knows what the future holds for him but his Family makes sure he lives life to the full.
Thank you for all your donations so far, for our final push we are braving the "ICE Bath Challenge" for Jake
Kieran Kevan & Rich Hawkins will be taking the plunge on the 21st August at 13:00 - Kieran & Rich will be attempting to sit in the Bath for 20 minutes. if we can smash pass our target both are willing to do the challenge with lets say less clothing on!

We would like to raise money for this very brave boy and his amazing family so they can make some special memories together - one of Jakes dreams is to visit Disneyland Paris (LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN) our aim is to reach £2800 - WE JUST NEED £500
Due to Jakes incurable condition he is highly vulnerable and during the lockdown has been shielding from Covid since February and is confined to playing in his back garden.
It would mean the so much to him and his family if we could reach our target. Jake would love to see how many people support him and recognise what a true inspiration & Hero he is!
