The Lisa Joy Amster Scholarship of Joy

The Lisa Joy Amster Scholarship of Joy was established in memory of Lisa Joy Amster, an educator who specialized in supporting children with special needs, first within the New York City school system and, most recently, in our family's local school district in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. One hundred percent of all contributions will endow an annual scholarship grant to be awarded to a Hastings High School graduating Senior who intends to pursue undergraduate studies in Special Education.
