The Linda & Chris Vatcher Fund
Dear Family and Friends,
It is with great sadness we are reaching out to you today on behalf of the Vatcher family. As most of you know, while vacationing in Jordan with her son Chris, Linda Vatcher was killed in a tragic attack. Chris was shot as well but has a good prognosis and is recovering in Jordan.
As you can imagine, this is an incredible loss for the family at home in Newfoundland and there will be many obstacles for them in the coming weeks.
As with any loss, there are matters to take care of which may be difficult and exorbitant dealing with another country. As of now, we are unsure of the cost in dealing with these events. This fund has been established to help alleviate the cost of medical bills, transportation and loss of income that may not be covered by
insurance.
The goal has been set at $30,000. It would only take 300 donations of $100 to reach this goal. Together, we can do this!
Chris, Dave, Colleen and family have a difficult road ahead of them but with our support, we can ensure they are not burdened by the financial pressure of this tragic ordeal. We humbly ask you to please give generously to the Vatcher family in this time of need. They would
like to express their sincere gratitude for your support and generosity.
