Aviary for Rescue Parrots

The Lily Pond animal sanctuary is super excited to share our progress on the construction of an aviary in preparation for our first rescue parrots! The aviary includes indoor and outdoor spaces with separate sections for the macaws and cockatoos. The indoor aviary is 14'wide by 20' long and includes large windows, as well as heat and air-conditioning. The outdoor section is 14' wide by 18' long.
The sanctuary is planning to take in a Blue and Gold Macaw and two Umbrella Cockatoos in need of a home. The Blue Gold Macaw is approximately 25 years old and has anger management issues from being ignored and cooped up in a small cage for too many years. He needs lots of love and he needs to fly! The two Umbrella Cockatoos are a bonded pair and very loud. They need a home where they can remain best buds and sing at full decibel!
