The Light Heart Center, the oldest alternative healthcare center in Illinois,
needs your help to keep our doors open
The Light Heart Center has served the body, mind spirit of our clients for 34 years. We do this through therapy, hypnotherapy, massage therapy, acupressure, Reiki, and other energy work. Additionally, we hold a wide range of health-related classes including; Tai Ji, Qigong, and Hula.
Five of our practitioners left the Light Heart Center because to the shutdown due to COVID. currently, we need to cover the operating costs for the LHC to keep our doors open. These include Real Estate tax, Building insurance, Flood Insurance, Utilities, and repairs. The operating costs for this year are $15000.
But the emotional costs have been even higher.
The Light Heart Center helps clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, abuse, injuries, and chronic physical conditions. We give them the tools to live better and more successful lives. We want to keep the Light Heart Center’s doors open for you and the community.
