The Life of Milton Roe

Hello my name is Billy Frank. I unfortunately have to let everyone know my little brother Milton Everett Roe has passed away in his home while asleep last night on 8-30. Anyone who knows Milton knows he was a kind, loving, generous person who would do anything for his family and pretty much anyone he met. We are asking for help in completing his passing wishes and would appreciate anything that can help. I will update the post as we know more.
