On Sunday 3rd August 2025, I'm tackling the LEL cycling challenge, pedalling solo for 957 miles from London to Edinburgh and back to London within 127 hours.

This ride is more than just a personal test of endurance – it's a mission to make a difference.

I'm riding for two incredible charities close to my heart: Dementia UK and Discipline Mental Health, to raise vital funds and awareness to support those affected by dementia and mental health issues. Any support you can give me would be fantastic! ‍♂️
