My husband, Brett, has been diagnosed with ALS recently and we are in need of help with bills in the oncoming months. We need to be going to Utah for tests and clinics and I will be missing work to do these things. Anything helps at this point and we have a hard time reaching out for this help. Everything will go to our mortgage payments, gas for traveling and other expenses that comes with this illness.
