What can we say about this woman?!?! If you knew Tanya Manning, then you would agree that our one-of-a-kind mother lived life like a movie.

She was full of fire, and would not hesitate to let you have it physically or verbally if you got on the wrong side of her strong Taurus ways! But most of us know her for all of the LOVE and COMPASSION that she was even more full of. She was a mother to many more children than the 2 daughters she birthed into the world... Every child in the neighborhood knew that they could walk down Avondale and be welcomed to good food, good music and good times at Tanya's house.

Neighborhood-wide Easter egg hunts, Birthday parties where the attendees left with as many presents as the bday girls and opening up her home to several young people in times of need were only a snippet of some of the things that left an impact in the hearts of those who knew her.

After an eventful 66 years of living life by her own rules, Tanya has moved onto her next adventure in the afterlife. She passed away after standing strong through many illnesses during the night of December 26, 2018.

If you knew our beloved Mother, if she impacted your life in any way, we need your help! Unfortunately she did not have life insurance. We need help covering the cost of her final arrangements which must be paid in full to the funeral home by Tuesday Jan 8th.
