With deep sorrow, we share that our beloved father, Juan Cerda Briseño, has passed away. His departure leaves an immense void in our family and in the hearts of all who knew him. Juan was a man of unwavering faith and a tireless servant in the St. Joan of Arc community, where he was actively involved in ACTS, Nocturnal Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and the charismatic prayer group. He was always ready to help, to listen, to accompany, and to offer a hand to anyone in need. His joy, humility, and love for others were a living testimony of God's love.

In his professional life, Juan graduated as a civil engineer from the Instituto Politécnico in Mexico. For over 60 years, he dedicated his career to serving the most vulnerable throughout the country. With a generous heart and unbreakable commitment, he helped bring clean water to poor communities that lacked it, transforming the lives of thousands of families. His work was not only technical but deeply human: he saw a need and did everything possible to meet it.

With heavy hearts, we remember a man whose strength and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will always be remembered for his warmth, his smile, and the great spirit that brightened those around him. His love, teachings, and memories will live on in our hearts, leaving as his most valuable legacy the love and unity he sowed in his family.

Con profundo dolor compartimos que nuestro querido padre, Juan Cerda Briseño, ha partido a la Casa del Padre. Su partida deja un vacío inmenso en nuestra familia y en todos los que lo conocieron. Juan fue un hombre de fe inquebrantable y un servidor incansable en la comunidad de Sta. Juana de Arco, donde participó activamente en ACTS, Adoración Nocturna del Santísimo Sacramento y el grupo de oración carismático. Siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar, a escuchar, a acompañar y a ofrecer una mano a quien lo necesitara. Su alegría, su humildad y su amor por los demás fueron un testimonio vivo del amor de Dios.

En su vida profesional, Juan se graduó como ingeniero civil del Instituto Politécnico en México. Durante más de 60 años, dedicó su carrera a servir a los más necesitados por toda la República Mexicana. Con un corazón generoso y un compromiso inquebrantable, ayudó a llevar agua potable a comunidades pobres donde no la tenían, transformando la vida de miles de familias. Su trabajo no solo fue técnico, sino profundamente humano: él veía una necesidad y hacía todo lo posible por aliviarla.

Con profunda tristeza, recordamos a un hombre cuya fortaleza y bondad dejaron una huella imborrable en todos los que tuvieron la dicha de conocerlo. Siempre será recordado por su calidez, su sonrisa y ese gran espíritu que iluminaba a quienes lo rodeaban. Su amor, sus enseñanzas y sus recuerdos vivirán por siempre en nuestros corazones, dejando como legado más valioso el amor y la unión que sembró en su familia.
