January and February are the podcast's most stressful months. 75% of our annual recurring costs drop here and this year, everything was WAY more expensive. Usually around 2.5k hits at the beginning of each year, this year hit almost 5k. As we didn't have that much on hand, things have gotten all panic-shaped.

That's when the podcasts start looking better in hindsight. We've been making The LEFT Show since July 4th, 2011—more than 675 episodes so far. Through good times and bad, and now the very bad.
