The Care staff at The Laurels Care Home and The Cedars Care Home part of the Minster Care Group are taking on the challenge of walking up Mount Snowdon to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society — a cause that is incredibly close to our heart. Every step we take will be in support of those living with dementia and the families who face its daily challenges with strength and courage.
