The Latham Family Fund

Our co-worker and dear friend Doug Latham this past Wednesday, November 28th was care-flighted to Austin with life-threatening heart issues.  Once there, he had a temporary device put in to keep his heart working and was due to get a pacemaker and defibrillator.  However, complications occurred after the removal of the device and he now has septic shock and pneumonia.  Both of these are life threatening infections, particularly in his state.  It's a game of watch and wait to see if he'll recover from these infections before doctors can proceed. He's being sedated because he's also got a breathing tube, but has been coherent otherwise.  We would love your prayers that God will heal Doug. 

Jennifer, Doug's wife and her father have been alternating day and night so that Doug is never left alone.  They will have soon utilized all of their hotel points for the hotel stays as it's too far for them to travel to and from their home.  Jennifer has a ton of support from their community and friends however we want to help in addition!

Friends, thank you for joining us in praying for Doug's healing. Doug is my priority so I don't have time for details, but it is clear that we are smack dab in the middle of God's will.
