On July 9, 2025, my husband, the love of my life, was declared brain dead after a tragic drowning accident in our backyard pool.

We’ve been together since high school. He was my first and only love, my partner in everything, and the best father our son could ever ask for. From the start, we chose each other, again and again, through every stage of life.

We had just opened the pool to create joyful summer memories as a family. Instead, in a matter of seconds, our lives were shattered. My husband fought to stay with us. His heart kept beating long enough for me to hold his hand, speak to him, and kiss him goodbye. Long enough for me to give him peace before letting go.

Now, I find myself a widow and the sole parent to our young son, Sebastyan. We had plans to grow our family, to launch our dream business, and build a future.

I am asking for help with funeral costs, immediate living expenses, legal fees, and support for our son’s care as I transition into a new, uncertain reality.

I’ve never done anything like this before, but I know I can’t walk this road alone. If you are able to give, know that every dollar helps lift a piece of this unimaginable weight. And if you can’t give, sharing this with your community means just as much.
