Hello, and thank you for visiting our campaign. We are a passionate group of Media Production students at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and for our senior project, we are creating "The Last Route".

Our senior project film "The Last Route" is a haunting psychological drama that follows Frank Martínez, a veteran bus driver on his final night before retirement. What begins as a routine last shift becomes a supernatural reckoning with his past mistakes. This atmospheric thriller explores themes of redemption, regret, and the weight of our choices, creating a deeply personal story about confronting the ghosts we carry within ourselves.

Set in the evocative nighttime landscape of Corpus Christi, "The Last Route" combines elements of psychological horror with intimate human drama, similar to films like Shutter Island. The story examines how our past actions follow us, and whether true redemption is possible when we finally face our deepest truths.

Every dollar contributed to our campaign is essential in bringing "The Last Route" to life. Funds will be utilized for various aspects, including location fees, actors' compensation, costume and makeup design, pre and post-production expenses, sound design, advertising and submission fees for film festivals.
