BrainStorm is a tutoring, admissions consulting, and wellness/performance coaching company located in New Jersey. We are on a mission to create oustanding life opportunities for students across the globe. We want every young Brainiac to experience Dominance on Test Day & Confidence for Life.
We often partner with a local nonprofit organization, Oasis in Paterson, NJ, on educational initiatives. With COVID-19 shuttering schools across the county, many of the students that Oasis serves are left without the necessary technologies to access their schoolwork. This amounts to THOUSANDS of primary & middle school children in Paterson whose educational journeys have come to a screeching halt because of covid.
'The Laptop Challenge' is a call to arms to the people of northern NJ (and beyond) to contribute the priceless gift of education to the struggling families of Paterson. You can help in TWO WAYS:
1. Donate your laptop. If you have a model made in 2016 or later, you can notify our team at [email redacted]
to arrange a safe drop-off or pick-up. We will come to you if it helps!
2. Donate money here. BrainStorm will match a large portion of every donation AND is working with various corporate partners, tech companies, and even the NJ DOE to spread awareness & access cheaper technologies for this initiative. As of right now, your donation of $150 will purchase something incredible: through a piece of tech, you will provide access to incredible life opportunities to an entire family in Paterson.
