The Klavdia Krieg Memorial Scholarship Fund is being created to support two scholarships in Klavdia's name.
Klavdia had a larger than life presence in Farmingdale. She was completely devoted to her family and did whatever she could to make Farmingdale a better place for all families to live.
Klavdia was the eternal volunteer in Farmingdale's schools, sports teams and Girl Scouts. Anyone who knew Klavdia learned some valuable life lessons from her ~
First, give of yourself and put others first, always.
Second, work hard all the time and make no excuses, ever.
Finally, take one day at a time. This quote was her life's mantra always, but especially her last few years.
To carry on Klavdia's spirit, her essence really, her family is establishing two scholarships in her honor. These scholarships will be awarded to two high school seniors at Farmingdale High School that exemplify Klavdia's love for living and working to make her community a better place to live.
