The Kirk's Fire Relief

On April 4th, Easter Sunday, our good friends shed went up in flames. No one knows how or why. The fire quickly spread to the home in a matter of minutes. Significant damage occurred to the home.  About half of the home was affected by the fire itself and the rest of the home was damaged by the smoke and the measures the firemen had to take to put out the flames. No one plans for this kind of tragedy. Not many people say, "what would I do if my house was to go up in flames tonight." This is not something anyone wants to plan for and certainly not something anyone wishes to recover from. If you know the Kirk's you know that either of them would give the shirt off their back to help someone else. NOW it's our turn to help them. It is not likely that their home will be liveable for many months. In the meantime, Rachel, Kenny, and their 5-year-old daughter will still require day-to-day necessities. I ask at this time we come together as a community and help our friends in need. Funds will be used to go toward expenses to keep them afloat until they can return home.
