The Kinsey Family
Donation protected

On July 19, our hockey community (Birmingham Bulls Travel, Pelham Hockey Youth and Adult / Men's League) lost a friend and a child lost his father. Kurt Kinsey tragically passed away during a hockey game after scoring a first period goal. Anyone that knew Kurt knows how proud and excited that moment would've made him.
He was an amazing and proud father (and die hard Tampa Bay Lightning fan) and his presence at the rink will be greatly missed.
However, in his passing Kurt leaves behind an amazing 11 year old son and a mom trying to provide for him.
The family greatly appreciates all of the heart felt messages and prayers we have sent their way. All of your kind words and support mean so much to Max and Noemi as well as the multitudes of Sticks Out For Kurt photos that have been sent to us.
Many of you have reached out asking how you can help. Birmingham Bulls Travel Hockey, Beer Hog Bombers and Pelham Hockey have decided to set up a fund to help provide the two things that Kurt loved so much for his son, the two things that Max asked if he would get to continue... hockey and education, both of which are quickly rushing upon us. All funds will go directly Noemi and Max.
Please keep them in your prayers, as well as our hockey community (Birmingham Bulls Travel, Pelham Hockey Youth and Adult / Men's League) that is hurting from this loss.
Please pray for strength and faith to continue forward with the same love for life that Kurt had. We are truly thankful for any support you are able to provide.
Rest In Peace, Kurt.
