The King Family Fundraiser

Two weeks ago my niece Gisella was admitted to CCMC for a fever. Upon testing, the doctors found out there were more problematic issues they had to address as well. Her blood results were very concerning and ended up leading to many trial treatments and a blood transfusion. For being only 8 months old, my niece was a warrior. She continued to fight through all the treatments, bloodwork, and IVs, with such grace. After many tests and treatments, they did however find this all stemmed from COVID. My poor little niece endured so much during the time she was there, and so did her family.
My sister is an essential worker working as a nurse. During Gisella's stay at the hospital and her current recovery at home, her Mommy is staying home to ensure her health and safety. I am looking to help elevate any extra stress from the family by setting up this fundraiser. My goal is to help offset the cost of any medical bills as well as help supplement income while my sister stays home to take care of my precious niece. Any donations would be greatly appreciated! I speak on behalf of my whole family when I thank each one of you for your prayers along the way and for continuing to support my family as Gisella heals.
