On February 25th, 2023, the unthinkable happened when Kerri-Lynn Shea was fatally struck in a hit-and-run on her way home, leaving behind a loving husband, Chris, and their beautiful daughter, Emilia.

Kerri-Lynn was the kindest of hearts, with a light that will never be forgotten. The theatre has always been a part of her life for as long as I have known her, which is 25 years. She loved to dance. She was a passionate advocate for women's rights. She had already been through hell and back trying to start the family she and Chris desperately wanted, and Emilia is that perfect angel for whom she fought. There is no doubt that Emilia, born at just 29 weeks, gets her strength from her mother. She also has her laugh and smile, and tiny stature that still makes its presence known.
