The Kazoo Man needs help!

They call me Bobby Ray Kazoo Man! I have been a street performer, singing only joyful songs with smiles and well wishes for passers by. I created the act 9 years ago after my second surgery to remove tumors from my jaw. Since then, my health has gone up and down with many illnesses including kidney cancer. I've been trying to work through and around my bouts of debilitating sickness, but this year it all fell apart.
About 5 years ago, I went to the ER with severe lower back pain and they discovered a tumor on my left kidney. They had the image but refused to diagnose or treat it. Then, Covid happened and I got sick several times, even with the vaccinations and never fully recovered.
I have been working as much as I can, but it has been less and less, with weeks where I couldn't work at all.
In July of 2023, I collapsed on the sidewalk in downtown Columbus, Ohio. They rushed me back to the same emergency room where I stayed for 2 days without being admitted, as they monitored my heart. Eventually, they agreed to scan my kidney and compared it to the tiny spot I had years before. It was obviously cancer and by September, the cancer clinic performed a biopsy to confirm and cryoablation proceedure to freeze and kill the cancerous cells.
The proceedure is described as less invasive than traditional surgery and I was advised to take a few days off, but my recovery has not been that easy. I have been in constant pain with severe fatigue ever since. After many days, I went back out to do a show as long as I could, but hobbled home in pain and couldn't fuction properly for days. The next week, I tried again, followed by several days of agony and exhaustion. I reported this to my doctor and he was unimpressed, stating that it was going to take a long time. It seems that I was injuring myself by trying to work, but I have literally been living hand to mouth since previous surgeries to remove tumors from my jaw 11 years ago.
Yikes! This a long story. Anyway, it seems that I am getting better now and I'm hopeful for a full recovery, so I can resume my dream of busking and livestreaming all over the world, BUT my elderly landlord, who owns only this double house for income, cannot carry me and really needs the income. I promised him and his daughter that I would pay them back more than $7000.00. He really needs it, as he is elderly and the property is rapidly decaying in need of repair. Anyone else would have evicted me years ago.
Social Security has rejected my application. I'm applying again, but every try takes months and they are going to have to evict me if I can't start paying rent and catching up. I don't know what to do. Please help me.
