The Justin Thomas Ahern Family Fund

Hi- I’m Cindy VanDerwerker, the aunt of Justin Thomas Ahern.

Justin- known by all who love him, Juddy, passed away suddenly on the on August 23,2023. He leaves behind two beautiful daughters and his partner. He was a loving, caring, and unbelievably compassionate father and partner. Our hearts are broken, but our focus now is on helping these beautiful children have the future they deserve.

Like many of us, money was tight, and there was no life insurance…savings. The funeral home has been extremely understanding and has agreed to take payments. Along with the suddenness of disbelief and heartbreak, comes the panic of financial uncertainty, and that is something we are hoping to help with at the very least.

The funding will help pay for the funeral expenses and any

money that may be left over will go into an educational fund.
