On January 24, 2019, this world lost an amazing man. Justin Pierre Elliott Francis never knew a stranger. He was always quick to say hello, give a shy smile, and make friends everywhere he went. He was genuine, kind, hardworking, and a caring human being. When someone needed help, he was the first in line to help - in whatever way he could.
One of his greatest achievements came after a series of challenges stopped him from graduating. He decided to return to school and earn his undergraduate degree while working full-time. He took two years of online courses & never gave up on himself or his dream to be a college graduate. In November 2008, Justin graduated with his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
In honor of his memory, the Francis family will be establishing this memorial scholarship fund aimed to assist working full-time professionals, over the age of 28, returning to school to earn their undergraduate degree.
Justin was a man we were all proud to know. This fund will be a tribute to his legacy - still helping someone out even after he’s no longer by our side.
