Dear Friends and Family,

Recently, Sonia Rico suffered a broken leg in an unfortunate situation. This has caused immense pressure on both her and her son Braulio due to her inability to work. She may need surgery, which would further delay her ability to work. We are requesting your assistance to support Braulio and Sonia through this difficult time. They’ve been through a lot the past couple of years and after saving money, recently moved into a 1 bedroom cottage. They were very excited to move forward with their lives.

The money raised will be used to help cover medical bills, rent, food, and other expenses while Sonya is unable to work. Braulio, currently working at a restaurant in Santa Rosa, will look into a second job if needed. However, we'd would like to help support him through this so he can focus on school at the Santa Rosa JC.

Braulio and Sonia are both a joy to be around, smiling and treating other with kindness and as family. We consider them our family. We are extremely thankful for anyone that can take time to donate or share this fundraiser to help support this amazing family.
