Hi, everyone. First of all, thank you so much for being here.

My name is Macy Jones, and on 12/25/22, the water pipes burst in our apartment after we tried to contact the emergency maintenance and our leasing office two days prior when water started leaking from the ceiling. As a result, my husband, dog, and I are now displaced and still awaiting contact from our leasing office regarding where we can stay. EMS thankfully assisted Branyon and Izzy with evacuating our apartment and cutting off the water line and electricity but told us to stay away due to the fire hazard. We were able to assess the damage this morning and hopefully won’t lose any of our major furniture IF we are able to access the apartment within the next day or so. Still, we are awaiting a leasing office that is neglectful at best even with smaller situations.
